London Fan Meet-Up 2019
The 5th View Bar in Piccadilly Waterstones
21st November 2019 12-2pm
The annual London fan meet will take place on Thursday, November 21st, between twelve and two, at the 5th View Bar, Waterstones, Piccadilly (www.5thview.com). It is a free event and includes a tea, coffee or soft drink (if you want champagne cocktails, you're on your own), bookmarks and goodie bags. If you think you can come, please email Hayley at and she will add you to the list.
I won't be able to bring any books to this event, so bring your own if you would like them signed, or take some of the signed peel and stick bookplates that will be out on the table, along with other goodies. (I can see even less than last year, so if you want the book signed to you personally, god knows what it will come out like...though I can sign my own name, whether I can see what I'm doing or not!).
As usual, after a few minutes I'll go and sit at one end of the room with the 5 Minute Chair next to me, so anyone who wants to can come and chat, have a photo, have a book signed or just say hello. (If you are on your lunch break and can't stay long, tell Hayley, Norma, Mary or Juliet and they will make sure you talk to me).
It's always fun and everyone has a love of reading in common, so it's a really lovely, friendly event. See you there!
And my author friends Norma (Sophie Jenkins) Mary (Minna Howard) and Juliet Greenwood will be the Goodie Bag Fairies and help make things go with a swing as usual!
